Cook up to six perfectly poached eggs with this handy insert from Scanpan. Made to fit any Scanpan 10-1/4-inch pan, the poacher consists of an 18/10 stainless-steel frame that holds six cast-aluminum cups, each with its own knob handle for removal. Scanpan's ceramic-titanium nonstick finish inside each cup prevents the usual mess that sticking eggs can cause. To use, simply crack an egg into the cups, lower the frame by its handle into a shallow pan of water, cover, and simmer gently until done. No butter or oil is required, keeping calories down. Made in Denmark, the egg poacher is dishwasher-safe.
